Gnich Architecture LLC is a multidisciplinary (Architectural/Engineering) firm located in close-in SE Portland, OR.  Locally owned, but we work both locally and nationally. Our specialty areas include:  Commercial kitchen /food service clients and coffee shops.

We are seeking a Project Manager/Architect or a Sr. Job Captain with 5-10 years of experience to join our team.  Candidates should be efficient, motivated team members to work on multiple projects at one time.

 

DESCRIPTION

  • Project Manager to would co-manage a rapidly growing, locally owned/operated coffee shop franchise from beginning through CA.

 

  • Candidate will spend a portion of their time working with project managers to schedule projects and balance staffing needs.

 

  • We are looking for someone who enjoys working at a quick pace, who enjoys the small-office atmosphere, and who desires a good work-life balance.

 

 

Requirements

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD required.
  • Construction Administration experience
  • Ability to manage a workload of working on multiple small projects.
  • Employee must be able to work independently to meet daily deadlines between several different projects within different jurisdictions and client contacts. Self-driven and motivated employees will be best suited for the work.
  • Previous retail experience desirable
  • Studio Leader/Manager experience/ability desirable.
  • Familiarity in Revit a plus.
