Emerging Professionals

The Emerging Professionals Committee (EPC)
Monthly meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday at The Center for Architecture (403 NW 11th Avenue)

The EPC is committed to furthering the professional development of all Associate AIA members, students, and architects licensed under 10 years, through fellowship, education and supportive networking.

The EPC provides support to aspiring architects participating in NCARB’s Intern Development Program (IDP) and those working towards licensure, and all architecture graduates in alternative career paths. Our mission is to create community, support career development and foster the next generations of leaders in our profession.

The EPC is interested in engaging in community projects where our members can use their professional skills to serve the community. We run the ARE study courses, organize site tours, hold social networking events and are open to new ideas and initiatives that aim to help emerging professionals.
